HOW TO TOUR A HOME

1. Browse our available rentals and select the property you are interested in.

2. Submit an online application before requesting a tour. We do not run your credit or complete a background check at this stage. The application helps us learn about you and the property you are interested in, and we work through applications in the order received.

3. Once we receive your application, we will arrange a viewing.

4. If you are pre-qualified and decide to lease the home, we will complete the final qualification process, including a background check. The cost is charged at move-in.
