PROPERTY TOUR PROCESS

1. Please locate the property you are interested in and click on it.

2. Submit an online application (we will not run your credit or complete a background check during this process). This allows us to know a little about you and the property you are interested in and also allows us to work through applications on a first serve basis.

3. We will schedule a viewing of the property once we have your application.

4. If you are "pre-qualified" and determine you want to lease the property we will complete the final qualification process. This step requires a background check. The cost will be charged to you at move-in.
